Being Present

There is a popular saying that goes, "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present." The quote highlights the essence of being present at the moment.

Being present means being fully engaged and focused on the present moment without getting distracted by the past or the future.

It is the ability to enjoy and appreciate the current moment without distraction. Being present has numerous benefits that can enhance one's life, including mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
