It all began with an idea.

Geared 4 Life was cultivated from a compilation of life-long experiences, lessons, failures, and triumphs.

Real estate showed me how to track my progress and my results. I started tracking everything and it made an incredible impact on my career. That is when the very first version of the Geared 4 Life tracking sheet was born! It took consistent small steps to learn what was working and what wasn't. And that started a long affair with tracking progress. Since then I revamped my tracking sheet and it's now turned into an app. Bam! The geared 4 life company was born.

As life demands more from us we sacrifice more of ourselves. One of the first things we sacrifice is our own health. We eat fast food because we're always traveling and it’s easy. We'll exercise tomorrow, we'll track our diet after the holidays, etc. Our body is a much needed vessel that deserves a healthy driven captain. It's time you took control of your health, your SELF will thank you for it.
